Poker Industry PRO Expands PRO DB With Three New Market Views and 12 New Networks
LAS VEGAS, October 28, 2026 — Game Theory Optimal today announces an expanded PRO DB, the traffic platform on Poker Industry PRO, with market views for Asia, South Africa and South America, and daily data on 12 more online poker networks.
Poker Industry PRO has added 12 online poker networks and three new market views to PRO DB, its daily traffic platform. Data partner SharkScope Analytics began tracking the 12 networks from October 13 to 19, and the views for the Asian, South African and South American markets went live on October 27. In the week to October 24, PRO DB showed daily traffic for 48 online poker networks, up from 36 in the week to October 12.
From October 20 to 24, the new networks accounted for about 11% of the cash game traffic and 3% of the tournament entries across all networks in PRO DB. Of the 12, JackPoker is the largest by tournament volume, with almost 21,000 entries a day. IDNPoker Network averaged 1,160 concurrent cash game players, sixth in PRO DB and just ahead of Winamax.
The new networks by market:
- Asia: IDNPoker Network, cash games only.
- South Africa: Hollywoodbets and Sunbet Poker.
- South America: BetPlay Poker and LatPoker.
- Canada: 888 Alberta.
- Europe: Relax France, tournaments only.
- International: 1Win Poker, HighStakes, JackPoker and WePlay Network.
- Other: PokerPlanets, in the Russian player pool.
The three new views are the first in PRO DB for these regions. Subscribers can chart them next to the International, US Regulated, Canadian, European, Offshore and Sweepstakes markets, nine markets in all. The Canadian market also covers Alberta, next to Ontario and the provincial lottery sites of the Canadian Poker Network.
888 launched Alberta’s first regulated online poker site on October 13, in a player pool limited to the province. SharkScope tracked it from launch day, and PRO published its first five days of traffic within a week.
PRO DB’s data notes also appear on its homepage, next to the market charts. Each note records a change in the data, such as a new network or a new market, so a subscriber can see why a chart moves on a given day. The full list stays on the PRO DB about page.
“PRO DB was built to show as much of the online poker market as can be measured, every day, on one platform,” said Nick Jones, co-founder of Game Theory Optimal. “With SharkScope’s new tracking, subscribers can follow markets outside Europe and North America as closely as they follow Ontario or the US.”
All of the additions are available to every PRO subscriber on their existing subscription. Further networks will join PRO DB as SharkScope tracks them, each with a data note. Operators, affiliates, regulators and investors can learn more at pokerindustrypro.com/learn-more.
